Laser cutting tolerances
Dimensional tolerance class 1
PN-EN ISO 9013:2017-04 + A1:2025-03
Laser-cut dimensions comply with dimensional tolerance class 1 of PN-EN ISO 9013:2017-04 including amendment A1:2025-03. The permissible deviation depends on sheet thickness and the individual nominal dimension.
Choose the row by sheet thickness and the column by the dimension being checked, such as side length, hole diameter or spacing. All values are in millimetres.

Displayed range: thicknesses 0.5–32 mm, dimensions below 6000 mm. This table does not extend material availability or the configurator work area.
“—” means no value is given in this table, not zero deviation; agree such a dimension before ordering.
How to read the table
10 mm sheet, 500 mm side: ±0.45 mm, from 499.55 to 500.45 mm. A Ø20 mm hole in the same sheet has a deviation of ±0.30 mm. The side tolerance does not automatically apply to holes.
The table applies to laser-cut dimensions before painting or other coatings. It does not specify sheet thickness or flatness tolerances, marking or bend-mark accuracy, or separate cut-face perpendicularity and roughness classes. Those requirements follow the applicable material specification or an individual agreement.
Tighter tolerances and special drawing requirements must be agreed before purchase. Submit the drawing and requirements for an individual quotation. Agreed individual requirements take precedence. A 0.1 mm input step is not a manufacturing tolerance.
The conditions and table applicable at purchase are saved in the terms attached to the order confirmation.
