Seller and contact

Iron Workers Sp. z o.o., ul. Batalionów Chłopskich 38/38, 70-764 Szczecin, Polska. Tax ID (NIP) 9552558466, KRS 0000913735, REGON 389545420. Orders and complaints: p.tokarek@ironworkers.pl. Collection: ul. Władysława Broniewskiego 6, hala nr 24, 73-110 Stargard, Polska.

Product and specification

The configurator offers one part design in the selected quantity. Check the material, thickness, dimensions, holes, finish and quantity before ordering. Each DXF contains one part; quantity is recorded separately. Dimensions are nominal; a 0.1 mm input step does not specify manufacturing tolerance. Agree special tolerances and application requirements before ordering. The seller remains responsible for conformity with the contract.

Online offer

The initial offer covers parametric designs that pass manufacturing checks and fit within three 4000 × 2000 mm sheets using a conservative rectangular layout with spacing and margins, not optimised nesting. Blasting and painting, imported DXF files, designs with technical warnings, larger batches and orders of PLN 15,000 gross or more require an individual quotation. An enquiry is not an order.

Price, payment and contract

The total price in PLN, net price, VAT and collection cost of PLN 0 are displayed before ordering. We retain the agreed price and specification. Review and correct your details before pressing “Order with obligation to pay”. This submits the order; the contract is concluded when the payment provider confirms full payment. Payment must be made within 24 hours of order creation. No new payment is initiated after expiry; late payments are resolved with the customer or refunded. Sandbox orders do not constitute sales and are not manufactured.

Payment provider

Online payments are processed by Przelewy24 — PayPro SA, ul. Pastelowa 8, 60-198 Poznań, Poland, KRS 0000347935, NIP 7792369887, REGON 301345068. Available methods are shown at checkout and by the payment provider. Online payment is unavailable until activation. Enter bank credentials and BLIK codes only in the payment provider’s flow.

Lead time and collection

Cutting, with or without deburring: up to 3 business days. For blasting or painting, the lead time is agreed individually in a separate quotation before payment. For cutting and deburring, full days are counted from the next business day following payment confirmation, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and Polish public holidays. The deadline means ready for collection, not delivery. Collection is free after notification and arranging a collection time. The initial offer covers collection in Stargard and domestic billing in Poland. Shipping and purchases requiring different tax treatment need a separate quotation.

Technical review and changes

After payment, a technologist checks the specification before production. This does not permit unilateral changes to price, geometry or deadline. If manufacture is impossible, we contact the customer; changes require agreement and unfulfilled orders are settled with a refund of amounts due.

Withdrawal

Consumers generally have 14 days from receiving goods to withdraw from a distance contract. The right does not apply to non-prefabricated goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised (Article 38(1)(3) of the Polish Consumer Rights Act). Parts manufactured to individual dimensions and geometry fall within this exception when its statutory conditions are met. Complaint rights remain unaffected. Where withdrawal rights apply, send an unambiguous statement to the seller’s postal or email address. The optional form below may be used. Refunds follow statutory rules, normally using the original payment method.

Complaints

Send complaints to the seller’s registered address or email, describing the issue and identifying the order. Photos are helpful but are not a condition for accepting a complaint. Consumer rights concerning non-conforming goods apply under the Consumer Rights Act, including repair or replacement and, where legally applicable, price reduction or withdrawal. We respond to consumer complaints within 14 days. Mandatory rights, including rights of eligible sole traders and any applicable mandatory consumer protection, remain unaffected. Consumers may seek assistance from the consumer ombudsman or Trade Inspection.

Records and personal data

The customer receives order and payment confirmations, the specification and the accepted terms. Sales documents are issued under applicable rules; provide company and tax details before purchase. Personal data is handled under the privacy notice. Each order retains the version of terms accepted at checkout.
